Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from WILIT (wilihome.com), operated by HONGKONG YANGMEI INDUSTRIAL LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 63419056).

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts included, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned: products that have been installed, wired or connected to a power source; customized or personalized products; clearance or final-sale items; products damaged by misuse, improper installation or unauthorized repair. 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wilit_official@umeiin.com with your order number, photos or video showing the damage, and a brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost. Please keep the original packaging until we confirm the resolution, as the carrier may require inspection. 

4. Return Process

To start a return, email us at wilit_official@umeiin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. 

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective), we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. 

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. 

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at wilit_official@umeiin.com.
