Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on wilihome.com, operated by HONGKONG YANGMEI INDUSTRIAL LIMITED.

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to North America (United States, Canada), Europe, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at wilit_official@umeiin.com to discuss shipping options.

 

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: United States and Canada 12-20 business days; Europe 15-25 business days; Japan and South Korea 7-12 business days; Southeast Asia 7-15 business days; Middle East 15-25 business days.

These are estimates only. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs clearance delays beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, order weight and dimensions.

 

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes 

All orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, GST and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product price or shipping fee.

Customs policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order. We are unable to predict the amount of these charges and cannot reimburse them.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned or abandoned, the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

6. Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at wilit_official@umeiin.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. A shipment is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 45 days of dispatch, in which case we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

 

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
